0. Overview
Backseat Camper ("we", "us", "our") provides you ("you", "your", "Customer") with a curated shopping experience for custom RV and camper mattresses and related products (the "Services"). The Services include this website, any associated content, features, tools, and checkout pages, all of which are powered by Shopify. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy [LINK].
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Account
1.1 Age & Authority – You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent/guardian to use the Services.
1.2 Account Credentials – All information you provide (name, email, billing, shipping, etc.) must be accurate and current. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity under your account.
1.3 Non‑Transferability – You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to anyone else.
2. Our Products
2.1 Visual Accuracy – We do our best to display products accurately, but screen settings may cause color or appearance variations.
2.2 No Guarantees – We do not warrant that product images or descriptions perfectly match delivered goods.
2.3 Changes – We may modify or discontinue products (or limit quantities) at any time without notice.
3. Orders
3.1 Offer & Acceptance – Your order constitutes an offer; it is accepted only when we confirm it and successfully process payment.
3.2 Cancellation – Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
3.3 Return / Refund – All sales of mattresses and pillows are final due to their custom, made‑to‑order nature. Warranty claims are handled per Section 9 and our Warranty Policy.
3.4 Personal Use – You warrant that purchases are for personal use, not resale or export.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or duties.
4.2 Promotions may carry separate terms; if a conflict exists, promo terms prevail.
4.3 You represent that the payment information provided is complete, accurate, and you are authorized to use it.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk pass to you once we hand the goods to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the Services is owned by Backseat Camper or its licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license for personal, non‑commercial use only.
7. Optional Third‑Party Tools
Access to third‑party tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for any third‑party content, products, or services.
9. Limited Warranty
9.1 Coverage – Every mattress is covered by our 10‑Year Road‑Tested Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, including sagging greater than 1.75 inches.
9.2 Exclusions – Damage from misuse, improper foundations, or abnormal wear‑and‑tear is not covered.
9.3 Claims Process – Email backseatcamper.orders@gmail.com with order number, photos, and description. We typically respond within 72 hours. Remedy may include repair, replacement layer, or full replacement at our discretion.
10. Relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts our store but is not a party to any sale between you and Backseat Camper. You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from your purchase.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing and data transfers.
12. Feedback

13. Errors & Omissions
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders with incorrect information at any time.
