Refund policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products and the logistical constraints inherent in shipping compressed mattresses, all sales are final and products are non-returnable once delivered. Customers are advised to allow a minimum adjustment period of 30 consecutive nights to permit both the mattress and the user to acclimate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective merchandise. Backseat Camper will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any mattress that exhibits a manufacturing defect covered under our limited warranty. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact backseatcamper.orders@gmail.com within the applicable warranty period and provide proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the defect.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be processed for reasons unrelated to material or workmanship defects. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.
